By John Rodríguez, MAPublished On July 4, 2020
What is the impact of the pandemic on me?
What is the impact of the pandemic on my family and close friends?
What is the impact of the pandemic on my colleagues/employees?
What is my new reality?
What does it mean to accept the new reality, embrace it, to work with it?
What have I lost?
What have I gained?
What am I worried about?
What do I need help with?
What do I have influence over?
Whom am I able to help?
Where can I make a difference?
What am I doing that helps me to function effectively?
Bonus question:
What are you doing that does not serve you at this time?
We don’t know how long the pandemic will last or what precisely a post-pandemic world looks like. We do know that finding ways to adapt to the new reality helps build resiliency. You can use the 14 questions to help you discover options, meaning, and direction during times of change. The questions can also be used to guide a conversation with a trusted friend, advisor, or family member.
